ANALISIS KADAR ZAT GIZI MAKANAN
MENGGUNAKAN FUZZY DENGAN METODE SUGENO

ABSTRACT

Seeing the lack of information to the public to find a good meal. The study aims to determine the levels of nutrients in each food by knowing the results of healthy and unhealthy quality at each meal based on levels of nutrients are obtained. The method used is the Sugeno fuzzy. To achieve optimal results in this study we used 12 inputs namely Energy levels, protein levels, fat content, carbohydrate levels, calcium levels, Levels of Phosphorous, Iron levels, levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin B levels, levels of vitamin C, levels of F-Edible and levels of F-Weight, and 1 output that quality with 2 variables: Healthy and Unhealthy. Obtained from the rule it will produce the output value of healthy, not healthy at every food we consume daily. In addition to manual calculations according to Sugeno method of this study also tested on Matlab 6.1 applications.
